Gala Fest Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
It is with great sadness, following the global Coronavirus situation, we have made the decision to cancel Framlingham Gala Fest 2020. We don’t know what things will be like at the end of May but we cannot hold the event knowing there might be a risk to the health and wellbeing of anyone attending.
Gala Fest is all about giving our community an event enjoy and remember, so we want to make 2021 an even bigger celebration for the town, and bring everyone together even more after this difficult time.

Framlingham Gala Fest - A 3 day festival of colour, music and noise with something for everyone to enjoy
Saturday 29 - Monday 31 May 2021
Framlingham Gala Fest is back again in 2021 after a successful relaunch in 2018. The traditional parade and entertainment on the Castle Meadow will again follow the newest events on the Saturday and Sunday, including the Team Duathlon and Live Music night, making 3 days of colour, music and family fun for all of Framlingham.

The Gala Fest Princesses
Lexie Bullingham, Grace Carr, and Millie Barker were the Framlingham Gala Fest princesses in 2019.

We appreciate the fantastic effort shops around the town make to decorate their windows following the Gala Fest theme. Make sure you have a walk around the town and have a look in the build up to the weekend!

An event for the community
Framlingham Gala Fest is organised and run by a small team of volunteers with all proceeds from the weekend going to Framlingham Sports Club for the running of the club, general maintenance and new facilities for all members to enjoy. If you would like to get involved please do get in touch.
